Dr. Kenneth Phan is a board-certified Ob-Gyn. He graduated with honors from the University of California at Irvine. He attended Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. He completed his residency training at the University of Texas, Houston/MD Anderson Cancer Center. He was awarded "Best Resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology."
Dr. Phan was the former chairman of the department of obstetrics and gynecology at Regional Medical Center of San Jose. Currently, he is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
